Stage One:Understanding your visionOur underlying objective is to provide your family with a unique, sustainable home that suits your lifestyle both now, and in the future. To do this we need to gain a thorough understanding of your project objectives.
| Stage Two:Preliminary ProcessA full site assessment is essential before you go ahead with building. To avoid any budget blowouts, Kybro organise everything for you, at a rate lower than you would receive independently. This allows us to accurately provide your final quotation – without “subject to engineering” clauses. You own these plans and documents, and are free to use them as you like – including for obtaining quotes from other builders.

Stage Three:Council approval and final planning.We utilize the time spent waiting for council approval so the moment we get the “okay”, your house starts being built. While we submit your plans to council and wait for approval, you meet with our Interior Designer to ensure all colour specifications are complete. | Stage Four:Commence building!Now it’s time for us to get busy building your dream home. Average build time is 20 weeks, but timeframe is obviously dependent on the scope of the works, the size of the home and of course, the many moods of Mother Nature. | Stage Five:Move in!Congratulations, you now have your dream home, and all that’s left is for you to move in!
